Meet our Founder
Prior to founding Swiftsure - Brett worked in the multifamily industry for 25 years, working across multiple segments and markets within the multifamily industry. He has led the completion of $17+ billion in individual multifamily transactions and asset management oversight of more than 130,000 units across the nation.
He's held leadership roles at LivCor, Equity Residential, RMR and TitanCorp. In his personal time, Brett enjoys playing golf, scuba diving and spending time with his wife Jacqueline and three girls Scarlett, Ella and Sabrina.
Education: Mr. Richards is a graduate of Florida State University where he received a BS in Real Estate. He is also an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and a former board member of NMHC Emerging Leaders.
